Rosalia Burgueño Tapia’s practice includes civil litigation, community association law (for both the association and homeowner), and employment law.
Ms. Tapia also has significant experience in representing businesses and individuals in contract and tort matters, in representing contractors in construction matters, and in advising homeowner associations in the creation, amendment, and enforcement of governing documents.
Ms. Tapia's experience also includes advising and representing employers in the areas of discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage compensation matters. Ms. Tapia has represented employers in State and Federal Court and before the EEOC, DFEH, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Labor Commission, and other governmental agencies.
